Best place ever. Lacy and staff are absolutely wonderful! They have my business from now on.

We bought a dryer from here a month ago, I believe the belt broke on it we called to see if they did repairs they said No ( I’m pretty sure they do because I always see them pick up items and fix them) playing with people money and time is really ridiculous.

We went to this location looking for a fridge. Briana was very helpful from the time we walked into the store. She showed us all the options, gave discounts, and even measured the appliances for us. I was not able to stay long today. I gave her a call about the fridge I was interested in and she was able to process everything remotely. I have a busy schedule and she was able to accommodate our needs. Very nice. Very professional.

The ladies here are super nice. Truly. So imagine our shock when it took the maintenance guy less than 5 minutes to make us regret ever giving these people business or time from our day. It's a 2h round trip for us to get here. I used to live here, for almost a decade, but man I have never encountered anyone in this county with such a short fuse and refusal to listen! We explained to them that it wasn't running hot enough to dry the clothes in one load. We aren't putting big loads, matter of fact out of frustration I plan to add a picture of our laundry baskets when I get home (in an hour) just to make a point! He refused to hear it. "Did you try this? Are you doing this?" Followed by interrupting us every time we answered and tried to explain. I really didnt like the way he looked at me and said 'you're probably putting too big of loads in there at a time' like I'm an idiot. It was the tone. Within mere seconds he had that thing hot. It wont heat up in our house. Our vents are clean. Make it make sense to us, literally that was all we were wanting to figure out! Why in the world would we drive 2h in a truck that gets 8mpg to this place to return it if it was working? Seriously. My Dad and Husband have fixed plenty of appliances before but this one was above all of our heads. We had to unhook it and clean the wall vent once a month and it took 3 hours to dry a single load. My washer won't even fit a queen sized comforter, I have to have those dry cleaned. A twin comforter is even pushing it. So no, sir, we are not over stuffing it. The lint filter is on the top right corner of the machine, just above the drum, and only a quarter of it was filling with each load it never exceeded or extended to cover the whole filter. I do clean with every load, I have purchased vacuum extensions in the last 2 months just to reach into the hole and suck out the lint. We have also purchased an 8ft vent cleaner and have gone through both ends of our vent to clean the line in the wall. We have had an electrician, a neighbor, come and check it over and he was stumped. We have had 2 other people who are well versed in appliances come and check it out. It stumps us all. Hopefully you guys figure out what's wrong with it before you sell it to someone else or it'll come right back again. The reason behind my rating is because this guy was being so unprofessionally rude that we just took the money and left, at his very agitated request. Trust me- we will make sure all of our friends and loved ones in the area are aware of how nice the ladies are but to sell an appliance outright if it quits working and forget the 90 day warranty. No one should have to deal with that guy. Edit/repost with: laundry basket/load size in question.
