I recently had the pleasure of working with Redo Appliances, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the repair efficiently. What really stood out was their fair and honest pricing—no hidden fees, no unnecessary upselling, just quality service at a reasonable cost. Their work ethic and customer service were exceptional. The technicians were courteous, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I had a technician come to my house to fix my dryer and he proceeded to tell me that my dryer has a bad timer and on top of the 79 dollar charge it would be an additional 318.00 to fix the timer. I got a second technician to come and found out that NOTHING was wrong with my dryer and it was the breaker. The technician was dishonest and tried to fleece me out of more money to FIX something that WASNT BROKEN! The woman who works in their office was also rude and disrespectful

Be cautious and check recent reviews before buying. Recently a family member bought a dryer here for $259, with delivery $80 and a trade-in discount $20 based on my recommendation. After one load, the dryer started overheating and shutting off. She made multiple calls and was given five separate appointment dates for repair. No one ever showed up. My family member even took off work for these appointments and lost income while waiting. When she called back to follow up, the phone conversations were defensive, and she was hung up on. To try to fix the problem herself, she paid for: • $60 to have the unit taken somewhere else to check it out • $125 to inspect her home vent system (which was completely fine) • $25 for a second opinion Total extra money spent: $210 Result: Dryer still unusable She now has to buy another dryer. An additional $500. I’ve supported this business for years, but after this experience and lack of accountability from the new ownership, I can't recommend them anymore.
