DO NOT BUY FROM HAMAI APPLIANCE!!!! They have outsourced their repairs/maintenance!!!! It is awful!!! I cannot get an answer or help anywhere!!!!! I get a website that goes nowhere and people who answer the phone with laughing and hollering in the background that ARE NOT EVEN ON MAUI!!!! Shame to ruin a local company. Will be going to homedepot from now on to save money. No can! Can’t even buy local anymore 💔 Edit to add: 3 weeks later, the wonderful repairman did his job greatly. That was the only pleasant part of this story. In addition to not really getting any help anywhere during this process, including getting a phone call asking me to change my review, barely any questions answered when we went in to inquire about purchasing a speed queen, and having to go into the store in person to get anywhere with anything,…. I wld highly recommend to NOT waste your money on Maytag. After having to use Kahului laundry mat(great place) I got to see how clean clothes can be when they are actually washed WITH WATER. After all these years I have discovered that my high end Maytag uses tablespoons of water to DAMPEN half my load as the agitator moves only half the clothes around and my clothes come out all crusty and hard. Never thought I needed to sit there and watch my whole wash cycle to see what was(or wasn’t) going on. I will add photos of my daughters shorts. One is after washing in the Maytag and one is after hand washing. The difference is astounding, gross and upsetting. Signed—- I just want clean clothes for my family 😕

Regina was incredibly helpful, quickly compiling an invoice that matched my needs within the same day, despite being an unreasonable turn around time at my request. She handled me with kindness, support, and provided me with an effective solution. Thanks to their responisiveness and care, I was able to meet a tight deadline for a critical goal for my household. Even though my circumstances were unique, their professionalism, online platform, and efficiency were universal. I'm truly grateful for their outstanding service!
