Best Mattress & Appliance

Casey was awesome to deal with and after a little confusion on product location that had us driving around the valley to figure out, he gave us a great deal for all of the trouble and definitely made a frustrating situation right. We will be going back for any of our appliance or matress needs in the future just because of the way he treated us. Thanks Casey you are the man. The delivery by Jack and his helper (sorry buddy, im bad with names) were really helpful and professional, and got this tank of a combo washer dryer delivered with no problem. Good job studs, thank you for the help!

Horrible experience. Go to Mattress Firm next door! We purchased a full-sized mattress in-store on November 27 as a Christmas gift for our daughter’s new room — plenty early to have everything ready. Unfortunately, the wrong mattress (right size, wrong model) was delivered the following week. After multiple texts and calls went unanswered, I had to go into the store myself. Casey admitted the mistake, gave me his cell, and promised he’d handle it. After that… silence. Weeks of voicemails and follow-ups with no response from him or the manager. Eventually my husband — who is rarely in town — had to drive an hour round trip to show up in person. Miraculously, once a man walked into the store, things suddenly started moving. The correct mattress was finally delivered on January 27. Two months of chasing just to receive the mattress we ordered and paid for on November 27. We were also told we’d receive a discount for all the trouble, but that never happened. The whole experience felt dismissive and frankly a bit sexist in how it was handled. There are plenty of mattress stores in town — Mattress Firm is literally next door. I wish we had gone there instead.

Casey, the company owner is so knowledgeable. We purchased our mattress from him about 10 years ago. He helped us to understand our options. We are both in our 70's so choosing the right mattress is very important to us! He had a no pressure approach and guided us to the best mattress for us. Thank you so much. I highly recommend him!
