Where do I begin?! Our fridge died overnight and less than 24 hours later we had a new fridge up and running in our kitchen. Nathan was excellent with his prompt and transparent communication and we felt confident throughout the whole process. This model of fridge is one we've been looking at for the past year, but the price at typical appliance stores kept us from committing. Finding this near perfect and brand new fridge from idaho Discount Appliance made pulling the trigger a no-brainer. We do not live in Idaho Falls and Nathan was able to not only deliver the new fridge to us, but also install it (complete with finding our water line) and remove our old fridge. Customer service was top notch and we couldn't be happier with Nathan and his team. Next time we are looking to upgrade any of our appliances we plan on checking with Nathan and his inventory first. Hopefully, non-emergent though! Thank you so much!!

This was the best experience I’ve had with a company in years! Very responsive, delivered the same day of inquiring, installed and didn’t want payment until product was delivered and installed. A company that delivers with a smile and delivers first. Will never use a different appliance moving forward!
