Deranleau's Appliance Audio

Several times throughout the last few years I’ve had appliance crisis where I needed a replacement unit asap. This week I had yet another desperate need and once again I was taken care of and they delivered next business day. The staff at Deranleau’s has always been very accommodating and provided professional service. The delivery guys, Dylan and Skyler, were exceptional and worked so efficiently. They went out of their way to make sure the delivery met every expectation. I will continue to give my business to Deranleau’s in Moscow.

We needed both a new refrigerator and microwave and Deranleau’s had exactly what we were looking for. With their helpful and friendly staff and a quick delivery service we had our new kitchen appliances delivered within a day. We have purchased several home appliances from them and we’re always impressed with their customer service.

I've always enjoyed the sales people at Deranleau's because of their patience to answer questions. One of the sales guys has been there for a few years which means to me that he is treated well by the owners so he stays and that speaks volumes! I had to replace my refrigerator and the sales guy was very patient while I looked .. I had to get a specific size because of cupboards above, ugh; anyway he called the Lewiston and they basically had the same ones there so he looked online to maybe order one but I decided just to get the one with the freezer on top there at the store. I was so appreciative of the trouble he went through to try to get what I wanted ☺️

I purchased a TV from the Moscow store. It's nice to have a salesman who knows about the appliances and can make recommendations based off what your budget is and preferences you're looking for. Bill helped me pick the one that suited us. He's a very courteous young man, very knowledgeable and honest, I'll pay a little more for that every time. Make this store your stop 1st before you try others, cheers!!
