Love this store, Ernie is always so helpful. Just went thru a kitchen renovation and bought all my appliances there. Had a little hiccup with my wall oven and one phone call to Ernie and he had someone there the next day. I have been buying all my appliances and furniture there for 30 plus years. Can’t say enough good things about this store and Ernie.

I had an excellent shopping experience at ARHF. Chris England is a friendly, knowledgeable and competent sales person who did not pressure me at all. He searched their data base until we found what I wanted. I made a color change after the order and he made it happen for me. The loveseat is in my living room and it is quality. They will be my go-to for furniture and appliances in the future.

We bought a Speed Queen wash machine, worked with Jessie Johnson and she was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, technical expertise second to none able to answer all my questions on multiple brands no pressure whatsoever. Exhibited honesty & integrity throughout the process. Recommend anyone to go to Alton Refrigeration and work with Jessie. We will be going back for our next furniture/ appliance purchase for sure.

We made the mistake of originally going to Lowes for a new dishwasher. After the old runaround routine, our order was canceled, and we got a full refund.....then we remembered our last experience at Alton Refrigeration and gave them a shot. I am so thankful we did. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, and the sales rep took us to the dishwashers. He didn't try to over sell us anything. He answered any and all questions politely. We were in and out within a half hour. So get this, we bought the dishwasher on a Monday and it was installed on Thursday. Beat that. They also had a couch and chair I was checking out, but that's a different story for a different time. Skip the big box store and shop local.
