Purchased a washer and dryer set from them last month, the girl working the desk was exceptionally kind and helpful in answering my questions. One of the men who came to install it was the owner and was great at making sure I was all set, walking me through how the systems work, giving me advice for maintenance and care, and even pulling extra parts from his truck when he discovered my laundry room didn't have the correct hookups at no extra cost. He tested both units thoroughly to ensure they were functioning before leaving and him and his assistant were extremely cautious about moving the units in so as not to damage any walls or doors. Best part? I bought the set at roughly ten in the morning and they delivered (and installed it for me) at 4 that same day. Quality service, quality people.
