Mark has repaired my son Tyler's washer and dryer excellently for years. Recently following the floods, Mark was able to replace son's dryer with a great one at a very nice inexpensive cost. When something needs to be repaired, I quickly text or call Mark and he always responds, shows up, delivers as promised, and has the best prices around. Saved my son a fortune on a new dryer. Thank you Mark, from Tyler and me!!!! :- )

Has attempted to fix our freezer issue twice with no success. This last time replaced fan and didn't fix problem. Attempted to call office, voicemail full. Found Mark's cell phone called and said he would be out next day. No show on next day and no call. He is in over his head with this business and ko longer understands how to repair appliances.

Some how I didn’t see these reviews before I went 🤦🏿‍♀️. So in short I paid him fifty dollars to service my $500 portable air conditioner and he kept it for a month. I called him and he would answer and tell me he would call me back but never would. Finally I asked for it back and then he left it outside(yes it was rained and snowed on 😑 )and stole the air filter off it! But he was nice enough to offer me the option to buy another one from him.... yeh the freak NOT! ✋

This small repair place will not follow up on the water leak their repairman left me with that flooded the area behind Frigidaire and into the utility room behind it. Damage to my kitchen cabinets and a three day mess to clean up and dry out. I also had to replace the fitting on the installed valve that he should have done so it would not leak. They will not respond to e mails or phone calls. I am very disappointed and feel scammed, and that is a shame because the owner was a reputable and trustworthy businessman. If he would have simply worked with me and paid for my repairs and inconvenience instead of ignoring the situation he caused, hoping I would go away. As they say," what goes around comes around ".
