I have been a customer of the Service Department for several years. I initially contacted them for service on my PTACs. My residence has 4 PTACs. Working with Mary Costanzo and the team has been a wonderful experience. They have patiently worked with me to troubleshoot issues with older units which were on their last legs. And they also quickly resolved any issues encountered with newer units that I purchased from them. The service techs are very courteous and professional. Anytime that I contact Mary to inquire about a PTAC issue, she calmly explains what's happening and if it's something that needs tech support, she schedules a visit ASAP. I wish other companies would study the operations of this Service team. They are the definition of exemplary service.

I’ve been purchasing my ACs for my condo from them and they’re doing a great job. I talk to Eddy every time. She’s very knowledgeable and very helpful. She’s the one to go to. I had no idea what kind of AC I needed and she walked me thru every step of the way. And she followed up on the job. The installers were very friendly also and professional. Overall a very good and pleasant experience. I’d highly recommend them.
