Allen was awesome! I had just gone in there to buy the parts I needed and try to fix the vacuum myself but he ended up fixing it for me! It was a good thing, cause the brush was really jammed. Will definitely be coming back when I need vacuum repairs!

He even took the time to hand deliver the claim receipt to my car out in the cold when I mistakenly left it in the store. Excellent experience at The Vac Shop!
