Most people only leave reviews when they've had a bad experience. I on the other hand believe if you've had a great experience it should be noted as well. Service was extremely helpful, had the parts I required on hand. Even took the time to show me where on the washing machine part is supposed to go.. Couldnt be happier!

Five stars for Matt and Taylor! We had nothing but a great experience with Matt and Taylor. My wife went into the store first, and they were incredibly honest and worked hard to help us get our current washing machine up and running. Ultimately, though, we had just pushed our old washer past the point of no return. Even then, the guys at the store genuinely tried to help us fix it before suggesting a replacement. That kind of integrity is rare. When it became clear we needed a new machine, they helped us find one that was affordable—and let me tell you, it absolutely rips. This thing spins like it’s trying to win a NASCAR race. Dirty clothes don’t stand a chance. It doesn’t have all the unnecessary bells and whistles, and we’re actually thankful for that. All we want is clean clothes, and this machine delivers. We’ll definitely return to these guys with any and all appliance questions or needs. Huge thanks to Matt and Taylor
