I highly recommend this family owned local business. They have been great to work with over the years for Morningstar Mission where I work. Today I had a problem with my dryer at my residence. Instead of trying to sell me a brand new one they gave me several options. One of those options was to fix it myself. I was able to to fix it myself for a minimal cost. I’m so sick and tired of having to deal with such incompetent men at this business. We bout the speed queen washer and dryer (not the bottom of the line) not sure if it’s the top either. We have asked them several times to come and take a look at the washer as it leaves stains from detergent, softener and beads and what not. They tell me to not use it? What? I don’t do laundry for it to not get clean and smell good. If that is the case and they know it sucks why sell it!!! We even purchased the oxidation system to get the laundry cleaner what a joke this whole ordeal has been k er the past three years. I’m sick and tired of dealing with v with this problem and hundreds of dollars of ruined laundry from stains!!! Do not purchase from these scammers, they sell seconds as new and don’t stand behind there product and service , it was all lies!!

I came in to the shop because I wanted to replace my dryer. The shop attendant was very helpful showing me all the machines and also asked me about what was wrong with my current one. I then spoke to Justin and he was able to come take a look a couple days later and got it up and running. This is TRUE customer service!! They didn't try to get me to purchase and were so helpful with mentioning their repair service. So greatful I found this place and met Justin, thanks!!

From the second I walked into the door until installation of our beautiful fridge we were happy with the service and knowledge of their team. The employees there were so helpful and not pushy at all. Helped us pick out the prefect appliance for what we needed. The prices are excellent and getting our scheduled delivery was quick and painless. Thank you as well to your delivery team! We will always purchase from now on!
