I recently purchased a gas stove and a microwave from Blink Appliances. I first went in to the Lynwood location just to look and walked out with my choices and a delivery date that only took a week. The first person I spoke with was Dave, who answered all my questions and was very polite and not pushy in trying to sell me something I didn't want. I called and spoke with him whenever I had a question and he was always willing to give me an answer. Then the two really nice delivery men, Jason and Joe made the experience go smoothly. They even did a little dance after I told them how excited I was to be getting my new appliances. There was one other person I would like to mention that also helped me, and that was Doug. I spoke with him on the phone and he also came by the same day I called and had a concern about my oven and took care of it immediately. So if anyone is looking for a good place to get appliances, I definitely would recommend going to Blink.

We went with Blink Appliances for our kitchen remodel, and wow.. glad we did. Their customer service has that “family touch” you’ll never get from the big box stores. Nick curated exactly what we needed, gave us a couple of solid options, and walked us through the pros and cons, leaving us with an easy decision to make. The guy knows appliances like a sommelier knows wine. I kept thinking "this guy is the appliance whisperer". The installers were professional, efficient, and did quality work. Everything went perfectly smooth and they took great caution during install. Since finishing the kitchen, I’ve peppered Nick with questions as we plan for a new clothes washer and dryer at some point, and he gets us answers and truth faster than I can Google them. Excited to pull the trigger on that next. Highly recommend Blink. Just awesome people and service.

I purchased a dryer here back in July and the customer service was absolutely amazing! No fuss! No pushy salesman. Very professional and knowledgeable about all my needs! Fast forward to this month I decided I needed new appliances and went straight to blinks! Nick helped me choose my new set- dish washer/stove/refrigerator/microwave! It was delivered about a week later just in time for the holiday’s! Thank you blinks my kitchen got a well deserved face lift !! After and before pics posted !

Finally, after over 4 months, we received our new refrigerator. 4 long months of no ice, no cold drinks, and limited ability to store food. Fortunately we have a spare, but it has no ice maker. The only good thing I can say about the past 4 months is that I was able to get in more stair step exercise, which was sorely needed, but inconvenient. Now the good stuff about Blink Appliance; the entire staff is superb. From the owner, to the sales support, to the installers, everyone has been great. I think part of the reason is they are a family-owned business, which means they have so much more invested in their customer base. When our refrigerator broke down in June, we tried to find a store close to home. We shopped all the big box stores; Lowes, Home Depot, Abt and online, which is a joke. Some models on display were floor models with dents or they could not be ordered because they were discontinued models. So we took a trip to Blink Appliances and found a suitable model that we liked and would fit in our home. Shortly after placing the order we got word that there was a serious backorder on appliances due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was not a unique problem: people everywhere were having the same experience. The ordering process was pleasurable, they kept us up to date about shipping date changes (at least 3 for the fridge), and after the delivery call we were ready to go. Attached are a few pics of the removal and installation of our new baby. Isn't she lovely? So quiet and its not the space saver model, which cost much more. We love the larger model.
