This business has very rude, uneducated, and unknowledgeable People working. Inquired about mattresses. The sales woman was ignorant and the older man was as well. Do not shop here. Will never recommend them to anyone. No stars for unintelligence!

This place has excellent deals and prices. It is very clean inside and the staff are professional and friendly. This is not place I would suspect to be in the hood of Chicago. If you looking for deals, and great services, I would definitely recommend them for furniture and appliances.

Store located on the westside which had me skeptical, but I went in anyway. Store was clean, organized, and well lit. Not what I was expecting at all. Needed a washer and dryer set - wanted something like new but not at the price of new which is why I was in a USED appliance store anyway. The manager was very helpful, and honest about the appliances and worked with my budget. I also got a rug. (And all the furniture was BRAND NEW!) They Offered same day delivery which I am headed home to receive now. Glad I didn't listen to the hype and gave them a try.

Horrible. Everything they sell is broken! I went and spent $300 on a washer and dryer. The washer didn't work. Washed clothes like it was on its last leg. Went back and they gave me another one. After an argument with the staff of course. They gave me another one. Broke. Spin cycle sounded loud enough to wake the neighbors on the next block #terribleterribleterrible and they don't give refunds! #justanotherstoreonmadisontryingtogetover

no stars just got a used refrigerator after 36 hours it do not work. they offered an extended warranty on this product and it didn't even last two days, I think i"m going to report them. I give them -10 stars
