I have been buying appliances from this place for years. I purchased a Chest freezer from the in May. Which they give you a 90 day warranty. Now COVID-19 was going on. I purchased the freezer at $350, used. They spiked the price of the Chest freezer due to COVID-19. I still purchased it because I really needed a freezer. Come September, 1 month 4 days after I purchased it. Freezer stopped working. I called and talked to the owner . He told me he would look out for me this time. The owner had his repair guy call me. The Owner said he would charge me $40. After speaking to the repair guy. I was told between $80 and 150. So went back and forth with phone calls between the owner and repair man. Just to come back to the same conclusion the repair man told me in the beginning. It will be between 80 and 150 dollars to fix. Now I’m not upset with the repair man. He told me what it was from the beginning. However, due to the fact the owner told me one price and the repair man another. I thought the repair was trying to get extra money out of me. All of this boils down to the Owner. He’s not a man of his word. The repair man informed me the $40 is just to come out. But the owner said the $40 was to get it fixed. I have a Stove, Washer, and a Chest freezer from them. The Stove had roaches in it. I had to get rid of it. I didn’t even bother to call them. Washer was in perfect condition. Sometimes you have to just move on and go elsewhere. I’m disappointed at the whole situation. I would never shop there again, but to each is own.

I purchased a refrigerator in December for $500 it stopped working in January and I called for someone to come out a older black gentleman came out name Darren and “fixed” the fridge! Two weeks later it stopped working again I called store once again and they gave me the complete run around! Finally “Darren” calls me and says he can come out a a fix it! I was annoyed by this point so I called Sears to see if they can fix it and they came right out! Turns out the rigged the back of fridge to bypass the system that moves the heat around! It’s leaking oil and it’s not REPAIRABLE! So I call “Darren” and he says he doesn’t work for them and he’s not sure what I’m Talking about ☹️! I’m taking this broke a*^ fridge back up there and leaving it right there! Lesson learned!!!!!!! If I could give them no stars I would! I know one thing when you try to get over you don’t prosper!
