These people have no honor about themselves. I paid $850.00 for a samsung refrigerator. I asked if someone could install the water system. Yes they did say it's a courtesy but the were going to send someone out. I offered to pay extra. Their tech James for 1 week said every day I will be there he never came. Had to have someone else to come in and install the water system. The filter the gave to me was old used and smelled. The guy at the place I guess the owner who's English is not so good was very rude and billergent on the phone. Three, (3 weeks later the refrigerator stop getting cold. I called clearly it was the fan or the motor . James came put freon in . Said wait until the next day .My food is destroyed. Do not I repeat do not buy anything from these people. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau. Customer service less than 1 star. Technical support thess th. an one star thy should be shut down!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I have had my washer and dryer for less then a year. It has been a nightmare from the beginning. Within the first week we had to have a tech come out to service the washing machine. The machine was alright for a while. It then began to not work again giving out all kinds of error codes. It leaked and the water wouldn't shut off and would have to manually turn the water off for a proper washing to happen. I have called for a repairman to come out from the store in question. I yet have had a tech from the store come out. Today I hired a tech to come out service the washer hoping for a resolution. To my dismay it was confirmed that the washer was a pieced together piece of junk. The technician said that it was so many different things wrong with the washer and that it's not even worth fixing. Be aware that you are taking a major gamble when buying from this store. I hope this helps someone out and know what they may be getting themselves into before buying.

I bought a used two door refrigerator and used stove from this company. My appliances are in great shape I have cleaned them very thoroughly. When it came time for my stove to be delivered I did not have to gas line hooked up and it was delayed big time because of the city of Chicago. So finally the city approved for people gas to connect my gas. But I had no one to connect the line so I called the company I bought the stove from and they said “we don’t waste our time after we already delivered” wow really it wasn’t even considered due to my commitment as a customer...
