Good guys. They helped me out a lot. Great service, very clean. I even changed my mind to a different model at the last minute and thought they were going to be upset but not at all. Even discounted the stove because it cost more than the one I originally picked out. WOW!!!!! Thanks guys for asking busy as you were today you still served with a smile I have already referred my family and friends.

I needed my ice maker fixed and tried giving my business to the community but unfortunately Martin the guy who answered the phone and is apparently in charge of scheduling never took me seriously. He told me several times that he was sending someone and that if someone didn't show up then he would. After the third day of calling I went with Windy City Appliance Repair Service. They returned my call twice and kept me up to date when they were running behind schedule. They also fixed my problem, immediately. Windy City will take credit cards unlike Cermak which only takes cash. It's a shame when you want to use your local resources but they don't respond.
