Cold vs Heat

The company that manages my apartment contracted them to fix my furnace during the recent cold snap. They reached out right away to get a repairman scheduled, and same day! The repairman that Cold Vs Heat sent out to us was just so great. Diagnosed the problem quickly, was kind and respectful (taking care to wipe his feet!) And got everything fixed up quick.

These people provide very bad services, rude, unprofessional and charge you way high. I took their service recently for my heating unit, they temporarily fixed the issue and gave me quote to replace the part and when I called them the next week to replace the part they come up with way higher price for the same part|and when asked them why they increased the price, the guy was being rude and told me to find someone else to fix. I wish I can give no star. I do not recommend their services.

Called to schedule and appointment for a refrigerator not cooling, they were able to schedule me the next day and come out to diagnose my refrigerator. When they arrived they were very respectful and COVID friendly. Diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator in about 1 hour. Reasonably and affordable prices, Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
