They walked us through options, clearly explained the pros and cons, and offered thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. What really stood out, though, was their flexibility and patience. Our home renovation was incredibly complex, with constant changes and shifting timelines, and they handled it all with understanding, responsiveness, and professionalism. They stayed organized and on top of every detail, even when there were countless moving parts. They truly made magic happen. It’s rare to find a team that combines deep knowledge with such genuine support and adaptability. We truly appreciate everything they’ve done to help us through this process.

Working with Cole's and Kevin and his team was an awesome experience. We purchased a high-end Fridge at a great price. Kevin was great at communicating on the phone, email and in person. The buying experience was a pleasure and it was great to get the type of attention that you can only get at a smaller family-run store. As impressive, was the install which required the removal of a 25-year old Sub-Zero. The team was amazing. Getting this old unit out of the tight space and the new unit in was a feat! The guys were determined, clever and upbeat even though it looked like it was going to be impossible. I would have given up but they wouldn't and they got the job done and I am truly grateful. Do yourself a favor and shop at Cole's!!

We can’t thank Cole’s Appliance and Kevin Krasney enough the amazing customer service, product suggestions, pricing, and all around care for us. He supplied us with 2 refrigerators, 1 range, 1 microwave/oven combo, 1 dishwasher, 2 beverage centers and 1 wine fridge. Kevin was able to satisfy our needs as quickly as humanly possible, even with, and especially despite COVID. That’s not to say we weren’t delayed with our final piece, BUT they got us our items faster than anyone could believe and when others couldn’t get theirs. This speaks volumes not only about their problem solving skills, but their positive relationships with vendors. They made us feel like we were their only customers. Kevin was ALWAYS available via phone or email. He gave us complete honest answers and stood by his word. Their staff was also a pleasure to work with and seem genuinely happy; another testament to the quality company Kevin runs.
