Told the gentleman working there what I need and he instantly pointed me to clean barely used appliances. The fridge even had original tape inside and he gave it to me for good price. Because I bought 2 appliances they gave me free delivery, free disposal of old appliances

Worse service in Chicago ,Bought an appliance there and they never service within 30 days . Call multiples times and never had time to come out and fix it . Will never never buy anything from El Milagro Applainces again .

I went into this establishment last week and was in search of finding affordable used appliances and when I entered with 3 other customers. They both were greeted with a smile and a small talk conversation in Spanish. I a black man was not greeted for over 15 minutes and stood at the front desk awaiting help and I see the employees smirking and speaking in Spanish to one another while they look directly at me. PLEASE DO NOTNSO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! I see we still have racism living in our world today smh

I read the review below and I also experienced the racism from here. I also was given one price and turned out to be something totally different. Please do not do business with this place.

The owner is racist! Please do not spend your money here! Told me as I quote” He doesn’t like doing business with you people we are cheap annoying, and God don’t like us” I don’t know what he meant by you people, 🤔 but I can take a wild guess I am African-American. They own two stores three blocks from with each other. One person at the other store gave me one price and told me to go to the store down the street to see more inventory. When I got there they tried to change the prices speaking in Spanish, which my best friend is Mexican and I had him on the phone the whole time and they was trying to get over on me and got mad once I caught on. However, I purchase the refrigerator at their price. Then here comes the other hidden fees now they talking about a delivery fee, and a different warranty. Eventually, we agreed and he was supposed to deliver the refrigerator this evening and leave my old refrigerator. However, I got a call from the tenant send it they sent the guy who didn’t speak any English, which is fine with me. He’s just trying to make a living however he’s new and didn’t know how to unhook a waterline with pliers so he cut the waterline and leaving water all over the floor and they still took my old refrigerator saying that they got to make money off of it. This is unprofessional and should have people train delivering these refrigerators and a new owner with a different attitude when we are giving them our dollars and our money I would never do business with this company again.
