I have a couple of space heaters that broke down. These things are so nobody else would fix them. Felix came out and did the work quickly and with competance, and if anything, I felt like he was undercharging me.

Felix is a standup guy. He allowed me to browse around and when I asked him questions he was very helpful. He hooked me up with a great deal on a used washing machine. I live in the area and he was able to deliver next day and also set up in laundry room as well as take out busted machine for me. I highly recommend Felix!!!

Buying used appliances is always a gamble. It's arrogant to think that the reliability of a used appliance reflects the establishment. We frequently use Felix for our apartments. We understand that we are responsible for paying for the repairs after the warranty is up. Their prices are always reasonable. The people who posted negative reviews should really check their entitlement.

Bought a used dryer for $200, with a 3 month warranty. I asked if I could purchase an extended warranty. The answer was no. I took a chance. Dryer stopped working after 3.5 months. Repair person said it would be $350 to repair the motor.
