Bad experience I bought a refrigerator from them and exactly 90 days or less it went out on me. I tried calling every day and nobody answers the phone. I’m now using a deep freezer until I can afford to buy a new fridge.

I bought 4 appliances from this with a 90 day warranty.i called and was told to send text the address he didn't show up. I had a repair person to come and look at one appliance and it was a piece of junk put together to worm for a short time. Do not support this business it all

I purchased a stackable washer and dryer on May 1, 2020 The man that came out did not even hook the washer and dryer up for me and that came with the delivery so I had to find someone to do that as well only to find out that it’s a piece of junk and Miss Maria gave me a two month warranty on the washer and dryer has been leaking water real bad to the point that is no longer working on May 22, 2020 I have been calling the company informing him that I need a new washer and dryer because Miss Maria gave me a two month warranty no one has returned my phone calls or even came out to bring or replace the washer and dryer This company is a fraud and they are very unprofessional and that’s all they did was take my money and gave me a broken product I’m in the process of taking it to legal actions because this is not how you do business I only gave it a one star so I can leave a review do not purchase from this company

Horrible experience. They tell you once you buy from them you have 2 month warranty. If something goes wrong they will fix it if you have receipt. Well of that is a LIE. They will not answer the phone or reply back to text message or voicemail. I warn you do not do business with GARZA APPLIANCES

Very helpful friendly service. Robert came out to my house to fix my dryer. Saved me a ton of money. I didn't have to buy a new one. Very professional and fast. I would recommend this place.
