I highly recommend Grand Appliances. The customer service in store is excellent. Arturo was very personable and knowledgeable. I plan to purchase my console washer/dryer there soon as well. Osvaldo and colleague who delivered and installed my microwave were very efficient. They kept everything clean and protected. This was an awesome experience.

Colby listened to what we were looking for. We talked and got acquainted. Very friendly and courteous. Took care of us without being rushed. I actually had fun. As for the delivery crew...like wow! Fast and efficient and respectful. You definitely have a great crew from the showroom to the delivery team. Awesome sauce. 👍👍👍

I worked with Colby and couldn’t be happier with the service. He was responsive, professional, and had total command of the entire product line. He answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, was collaborative and polite (regardless of the numerous changes I made along the way). In a world that’s becoming increasingly corporate, it was refreshing dealing with Colby, who proudly represents this family owned business. Highly recommend.

Bought a new GE Profile stove. It was delivered when they said, and the delivery/install team was great--professional and timely. Then, within the first 24 hours, we realized some of the buttons on the panel didn't work. Grand Appliance immediately offered to send the manufacturer repair Rep to fix it. We said we would prefer to swap units, since it might be a malfunctioning electrical panel. A day later, I got a notice of a new delivery being scheduled. Again, delivery team was fast, courteous, and great at the install. Great customer service, and Grand stands behind their sale. Would highly recommend.
