I saw them on Google being close to Midway airport where my brother lives and after 3 weeks of trying to find a repair man and my brother is bedridden and can not go anywhere, I took it up on myself today to find a used appliance place and talked to Maria whom is very sweet and helped me out 12/30/22 she hooked me up and delivered it today! Very , very, great people! I was dumbfounded on the customer service! It was very quick and kept in contact with me on arrival(same day) and took away the old appliance. I would tell anyone looking for a very clean and in need right away, call these people! They care! Unlike many many others that don't!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! Love these people!!! They only ran a little late but did keep in contact to tell me which was not an issue since they kept me informed along the way!

They offer a supposed warranty backing their resold products (not too long of course), which would make one feel more secure about their purchase— but they never show up. If you have a problem they dodge your calls and messages; they claimed to have shown up one day but left only 1 minute into waiting for someone to answer (doubt anyone was there). Was rescheduled, and once again, no show. Disappointing. Bad communication. Don’t offer a warranty if you don’t honestly plan on pulling through for your customers. This is why people don’t like to shop in small businesses. Por esta razón la gente no le gusta comprar de negocios pequeños.

Excellent service from this young man. I am rental property owner. would use this company for future service. Only one suggestion to Victor that its better to give his customers time window (say between 9 and 11 will come and deliver and install...) rather that specific time. bought washer and dryer pair in excellent condition as he said on offer up app.

I found a washer and dryer on Offer Up, and they were very good about the delivery the same day. They were very persistant they bring it out and deliver it that day. Everything worked great, and they gave me a 2 month warranty on the matching set. We had a little problem with it, where it wouldn't spin at all and when it was time to drain the water, it didn't rotate. It took them a week to come out to fix it, but the gentleman who was here, only took 5 minutes to fix it and it's like brand new! :)
