As a first time customer and appliance buyer I would recommend you avoid this place I purchased a fridge from them about a month ago and stopped working they told me because I didn’t let the fridge sit for more than 3 hours the women who sold me the fridge did not even bother to let me know I had to wait before plugging it in I think it’s fair to tell someone who doesn’t know much about appliances that advise! They let me change the fridge but for what ! I made sure to keep the fridge upright and still and even let it sit for 12 hours recommended by the store owner! Now the fridge won’t cool and makes odd noises and the fridge come dirty from the back they just buy and sell it on the spot very unprofessional never buying again

Highly do not recommend!! Do not buy from them they will rip you off. Both locations have really bad customer service. This business does not care about customers whatsoever!! Had issues with a dryer that was purchased here and the owner simply did not care to fix it, EVEN WITH WARRANTY!! called the owner he said a technician was supposed to show up, never showed up 2 times!! Came to the store and they say leave it while they find another dryer.. owner did not reach back for 2 weeks!! Came back to the store since the owner does not have the balls to pick up the phone.. waste of time honestly. Did not care to fix or exchange but they know whats coming their way(: so sad for the owner he is money hungry!! If hes that broke he can just say so!! Regardless they are on the edge of getting shut down report people!! 🤣👋🏼report to better business bureau!! Get them shut down

Very bad service and also bad appliances. They gave us a fridge with no drawers. We called the owner because he was not at the store. When we called Him he got mad we went to the store to go ask for the drawers. He said we had no business going there. Then he said it was our fault for buying a fridge like that because we didn’t notice. He said it wasn’t his problem that the fridge had no drawers. He refused to give us the drawers and also refused to accept a return. These people are money hungry only want to screw people over. They do not care about keeping business. Also, Couple months later part of our fridge door broke we found it was ducked taped. Handle for freezer also broke. Do not buy from this place. Bad quality appliances. Bad customer service. Owner is rude and prepotent. Reply to comment below: You’re very dishonest person. When we bought the appliances the ladies told us about the stove having cracked screen. However, the ladies never said that fridge was sold incomplete with no drawers. You cannot speak on the events that happened while the sale was done because you were not there. Your employees missed to mention the fact this fridge came with no drawers. When we called you we asked if we could return this fridge and get another one with drawers and pay the difference and you denied.

Horrible service! I took a dryer there and they stole parts out of it, and then turned around and said they didnt even put their hands on it but the top of the dryer was dismantled not even put back together, and on top of it they charged me $40 to look at it and tell me how much to fix it but couldnt even give me a price, so they said they would send me my deposit back,its been almost a week i still never recieved it. The 1st girl called my husband and told him it was the board but they didnt recommend fixing it and when we got there the 2nd young lady said no one ever looked at it because the parts were missing. They couldnt even keep a staright story. Its incredible that you go to places like this because of the financial situation your in, to just be lied to and tooken advantage of.

DO NOT BUY from here horrible service, bought a refrigerator and stove from here they claimed it was brand new and came with a year manufacture warranty bought in March refrigerator stops working in October. Tried to use the warranty it came with states the refrigerator was not under warranty and sold as is meaning it’s been refurbished. Contacted business and hangs up on me, shady company will be reporting to the betters business bureau save money do not buy from here.
