I bought a fridge a few months back for one of my apartments and sent him the money via Zelle. A few months later I accidentally sent him $105 that was meant for one of my landscapers and the guy refuses to return the money. I own many apartments in the area and would NEVER use these people again because of the shady business practices of the owner. I have left my number multiple times, sent them screenshots of the Zelle transactions yet the owner will not call back and be an honorable businessman and return the money that doesn't belong to them. If I had bought something and he refused to give me a refund, I could understand that but the money that was sent to him was not meant for him and he provided no services and STILL refuses to give the money back. Puro basura!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly do not recommend!! Do not buy from them they will rip you off. Both locations have really bad customer service. This business does not care about customers whatsoever!! Had issues with a dryer that was purchased here and the owner simply did not care to fix it, EVEN WITH WARRANTY!! called the owner he said a technician was supposed to show up, never showed up 2 times!! Came to the store and they say leave it while they find another dryer.. owner did not reach back for 2 weeks!! Came back to the store since the owner does not have the balls to pick up the phone.. waste of time honestly. Did not care to fix or exchange but they know whats coming their way(: so sad for the owner he is money hungry!! If hes that broke he can just say so!! Regardless they are on the edge of getting shut down report people!! 🤣👋🏼report to better business bureau!! Get them shut down

Leaving a review does not do it justice. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Their appliances do NOT work!! They say they have warranty and if there is a problem they come to fix it. THAT IS A LIE! We reported a problem and they did not want to come fix it. Then we took our appliance back to their shop because they have “technicians” there and they offered to deliver it back to our house for free. They upcharged for the delivery that they promised was supposed to be free. They also did not bring the stove inside the building. They lied about having to leave for other deliveries. The guy made the woman carry the stove to the front door by herself. On top of all of this, texting and calling them do not work. They never answer their phones. It took me weeks before someone answered. Do not trust these people. They are a horrible business!
