Bought a fridge that turned on but never got cold. Because we did not realize the issue within 48 hours, Lowes will not replace the fridge. We were moving into a new place and did not think that we had to confirm whether the fridge worked. Shocked and disappointed that the company does not stand by their products.

This should be -5 stars. Do not do business here!!! I purchased a cooktop sealed in the box; the paperwork inside was for a microwave. The cooktop lines are damaged and someone fused them together. The store is hiding behind its All Sales Final policy. Do business elsewhere; certainly not here!!! Caveat Emptor!

Had the opportunity to visit the Lowe’s Outlet Store. Although the store is not very big it has lots of good deals. It has a lot of deals and lots of surprises. Not only are there refrigerators, stoves, washer and dryers, dishwashers and microwaves. When you go there there are lots of unexpected finds. I recently purchased a dehumidifier for $50 originally priced $200+. The sales people are not pushy but helpful. Lowe’s provides delivery but will not remove old appliances. They will relocate your appliance to a different area if necessary. I found if you have time, visit the store frequently because new appliances arrive regularly. Most items will have some visible damage. Some damage greater than others.

Rob (Robert) from the Lowe's outlet store on 47th and Pulaski was incredible from arrival to purchase. We bought a fridge from this location and he was extremely thorough as we assessed our choices, help us get setup with a credit card and was extremely friendly, which is tough to find in retail. As a customer I'm so thankful for him, we had the best experience! We will continue to come shop here, we love the deal and customer service we received!

I'm glad I read the reviews and knew what I was signing up for. Got a dishwasher for 75% off retail price. The catch? It was broken. Thankfully, I knew what was broken and fixed it (door latch mechanism and the water pressure sensor). After that, I basically had a new machine and at a quarter of the price. There are three levels of discounts here, green (25% off), yellow (50% off), and red (75% off). I'd say the percentage you get discounted is the same percent chance the appliance needs repair. If you take a good look at their inventory, lots of items are visibly damaged. So when you find something you want, look at every bit and piece of that thing. If you are not at all handy or would rather not bother, I'd say this place is not for you. Though the staff was helpful, they were not exactly honest about the quality of their inventory. They're not all refurbished or old floor models. Some are clearly damaged in freight or returned due to a defect. Buyer beware. Also, they don't carry a lot of basic accessories. I had to buy the power adapter for my dishwasher elsewhere, which was a pain. Lastly, the store is relatively understaffed. So expect to wait for any help.
