I recently had the experience of obtaining two beds from this business! It was a very positive experience all around! Kyla was excellent from setting up a quick appointment and helping me choose the right bed for me and my little. The process was painless. The prices were decent. I was able to get them delivered (to Westville). I was overall very happy with this experience and would use Matress. Furniture, and Appliance Outlet of Hobart again!

i’m happy with the couch i purchased and the owners were really nice, but for the price point, i do wish they were more accommodating with delivery. they kind of just drop your stuff off and leave (which they do tell you in advance) but still, $100 for delivery with no setup feels a little steep when name brand outlets often offer free delivery and even help you set things up. (yeah yeah small business blah blah blah) that said, the main reason i’m writing this review is to warn people about financing. i started a loan with their partnered lender when i was 18, just got my first place, and had no real financial literacy. i just knew i wanted a nice couch. i even had to get my dad to co-sign because i didn’t have any real credit history. looking back, i can confidently say: it’s not worth it. financing through their lender is not a good deal at all. if you really want furniture from here, you’re better off saving up and paying out of pocket. the “money down” pitch makes it seem like you’re getting a deal, but it’s honestly misleading. also, maybe i misunderstood, but i remember being told “no credit affected,” but the loan will definitely appear on your credit reports, so maybe she was just talking about the initial approvals doesn’t affect your credit. thankfully i’ve made all my payments on time, so it’s not a disaster, but it’s still a big regret. just be careful and make sure you know what you’re signing up for.

We were looking for a solid deal on a quality mattress and we’re so glad we found this outlet! It was easy to make an appointment to check them out in person. We were greeted by Ky and his wife and they gave us all the info necessary to make the right choice. Super informative but not pushy at all. They were very fair in showing us a range of options and prices. Nice clean store, lots of options. We were very happy with the service and price overall.
