Ok Appliances

Purchased washer in July due to my previous machine going out, fair pricing, good selection of products. Day of delivery lid lock didn’t work, called & the next day they returned to repair, great service at that moment, fast forward to last week, washer won’t go beyond filling, 90 day warranty over, I’m fine with that, I call to book repair she says we can come out Monday, ok fine, Monday it’s crickets, I call & I’m not even on the list as if I’ve never called, then it’s we can get to you Thursday, same thing happens, we can come tomorrow which honestly led to this review, I call Friday, one of the 2 service men called off but you’ll be serviced between 1-4 , no phone call or repairmen, I got on thumbtack this morning, service guy was here within an hour & completed the job in 20 minutes, I was quite displeased with the lying & horrible customer service, as a business it’s expected you can’t service everyone if you don’t have the man power but for god’s sake don’t mislead or blatantly lie to customer’s.

Just want to give you a heads up, nice people but they’re getting over. I was in the process of moving in so I lost the receipt, that’s the only reason I didn’t return it! The best thing I can do is warn you! Brought the fridge at the end of June, freezer part stop freezing my food in August. Here we are in September and the whole fridge stop working bottom and top. So I literally wasted $400+. Super upset but hey what can I can do! Be careful when purchasing!

Bought a fridge from them a year ago and it messed so I called them to repair it, they left me hanging on a call they were supposed to return on a Friday so I had to wait til Monday for a response while my fridge was still not working. They agreed to go on Monday way before closing hours, so I miss work and my kid had to stay home from school so I would be home while they came to fix it. Just to leave me hanging AGAIN and not even a call to let me know. They called me the day after with no explanation or apology thinking I was gonna miss work for them again so they MIGHT show up this time. Somehow the one on the phone was getting an attitude from me explaining this to her. VERY unprofessional, I've bought at least 6 big appliances from then over the years and recommended them to a lot of people but not after this. Now I believe all the other negative reviews they have.
