The owner is a nice man & the prices are very reasonable. I used his company twice for a move. The first time I ended up having to drive up there to see where they were as it was 2 hours after my scheduled time. I did receive an apology & discount. They were FAST w the loading & unloading the truck. 6 years later I had the same issue...I was originally told 7a, I went the day before my move just to confirm things since I’d moved w them before. The lady stated she don’t know why I was told 7a, they don’t open til 8a...it was her who told me 7a 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ she told me we’ll be there tomorrow between 9a-12p. They showed up at 2:30p, offered an apology. Again they were VERY fast. I’d use them again because they’re the best quote. They come w a truck & 3-4 guys. None of my item were damaged. I referred a family member of mine to them and she had the same experience as far as the extreme tardiness. If you decide to move w them just have your day pretty open & get your move date & quoted price in writing.

I paid for a stove and refrigerator set. He swapped the brand name one for a cheaper one. Still haven't received the bars for inside my fridge. Then sent me a range top microwave for my inconvenience but once it got there, I'd have to pay them 160 to install it. That's what you get for shopping at unprofessional black owned businesses.

Stove and refrigerators are falling apart in some instances, was injured attempting to open one of the refrigeration units. All of the fridges we're "clean" in the since that a pig is clean after rolling around in mud. Steve himself is INCREDIBLY RUDE. He promised to come to inspect the Stove and Fridge my family had to sell him 3 TIMES, and never showed. We called countless times to no avail only to find out he doesn't "do voicemail" BEWARE. THEY STAND AT UHAUL AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO LET THEM HELP YOU MOVE. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR FURNITURE AND BELONGINGS. They are not an insured movers company and aren't liable for their damages.
