Second Chance Appliance

I recently bought a washer and dryer it was delivered and 2/3 days later the dryer went out I was calling tryin to get the problem resolved. They acted as if I was the problem. They stopped answering my calls and so did the technician that they referred me to. After he finally came and fixed it… the dryer went out again 2/3 days later and now once again they avoiding me. They have caller id or something because they keep sending me to voicemail

That's a very unprofessional response to a 1 star review with no comment. Anyway a few months back I bought a washing machine from here and had 3 different machines delivered in 3 weeks all which had issues including the one I have now which had to be repaired shortly after installing. I had to be extremely persistent just to get something that worked all the while the owner acted as if he was the one bothered with the situation and even told me that "maybe we don't have what your looking for" to which I responded "and what's that something that works". Now a few months down the line the machine that I have the dial is broken. Also my past reviews are irrelevant to the fact that I have been provided with a terrible service and have had numerous malfunctioning washing machines brought to my home. That unprofessional response shows how they do business, anything I've reviewed previously doesn't change that. All it shows is how they treat customers. Why would I call or text about my complaint after already having dealt with this business and see how it's ran then the owner insults me in response for giving a low review? I would never shop here again, I can only imagine a single mother or an elderly person having to be as persistent as I was just to still a couple months down the line end up needing repairs. They do the minimal maintenance to push appliances out the door and then it's your problem. Also one more thing because I like to be completely transparent and just say things for what they are. I only paid $150 for the machine I have which is half the price of the stuff on the floor that starts at $300. That is because the first machine I was sold at that price because I was told it worked completely fine other than a noisy drum during the spin cycle which wasn't the case. I just wanted to throw that out there because I'm glad I didn't lose out on $300 for the malfunctioning machines I've had from this store.

Purchased a washer and dryer about 90 days ago! Washer has been nothing but issues! Does not clean properly! Always resets in the cycle & one load takes FOREVER!!! These guys got a working washer and dryer in replace of the ones I got! Should’ve kept my old ones they were better! Try reaching out they won’t communicate or answer! No responses no replies!! Horrible communication, horrible Refurbished appliances! I do not recommend!!! O STARS!!!!

If only there were more stars I could give this place I definitely would. Let me tell you guys, I came here needing a electric dryer today and this gentleman Kenny assisted me right away got me a very nice dryer for a very good price. Kenny answered all my questions and concerns, he was very patient and very thorough. I left this place feeling very confident and secured with my purchase today. I have to say out of all the places I've ever purchased appliances from this place by far is the best place I've ever encountered. Very good business and a stand up man definitely recommend this place to everyone out there looking for any appliances. Thank you again Kenny appreciate your business 🤝
