They are a fraud. Reminds me of Matilda daddy. Do not waste your money. If I could put no stars I would’ve. They will sell you a dream. Tell you the sky red and you see it’s blue. Go somewhere else but it’s your money do as you please. I spent money with them both of my dishwashers I bought for my units was bad and I can’t get my money back and the refrigerator I bought went out tenant had to throw away her food they lied and said someone was going to come out and service it they stopped responding. Now I have to buy a new refrigerator and had to buy two new dishwashers. The stove I bought nozzles don’t work and it’s one them expensive looking stoves. I thought I got a deal. They are just a fluke. Money wasted. Lesson learned!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! If I could give them less than 1 star, I would! Bought a fridge plugged it in and never used it for one of my units. I assumed it was working but I came back a week later and it was on but the fridge was still warm on the inside. Called them and told them it wasn’t working and I haven’t used it at all. They said they couldn’t do anything since it was passed the warranty date. So I had someone come look at the fridge to see if it can be fixed and told me it would be to expensive to fix because it was contaminated with the WRONG type of Freon when it was last charged. So now I’m out $ and have to buy a new fridge still. Should’ve took it as a sign when I was there to buy the fridge and another customer was arguing with them about a washer he had bought with a similar issue.

This place is an absolute scam operation. I was sold a washer and dryer set that they claimed was “never used” and “just register it with the manufacturer.” The first time I tried to use it, the dryer made an extremely loud knocking noise and the washer drum looked like it was coming loose. These machines apparently were defective and unsafe. When I called TopNotch, I was basically told that I was on my own because the machines were "new" and I had to go through the manufacturer for repair. Fine, but when I scheduled the service appointment, the Whirlpool tech refused to touch it because **there was no model number or serial number anywhere on the machine**, a huge red flag by the way and extremely suspicious. So I call Danny at TopNotch to report what happened. At this point, I just want them to pickup their defective merch and return my money. I was told it would be picked up today. I called to confirm and was told by Omar that I wasn't even on the roster for pickup, and Danny is out for the day. How convenient. So right now I'm stuck with two machines that don't work and no refund!!! Apparently this place takes your cash, sells you questionable merch, and dodge you when there's a problem. **Avoid this place at all costs.**
