We have had many frustrations with our monogram fridge not staying cool the last couple of years, but Vince was so great to work with. He explained everything in great detail and we are hoping this fix does the trick. He is very knowledgeable of the product and I had confidence in him. Brad and Drew were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. This wasn’t a simple swap-out—they had to remove the doors from both the old and new refrigerators just to navigate the space—and they handled it like pros. They were methodical, careful, and clearly experienced. Every step was thought through, from protecting the surrounding area to making sure both units were handled without a scratch. What could have been a stressful, complicated install turned into a smooth, efficient process because of their skill and teamwork. Beyond the technical side, they were professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with the entire time. They explained what they were doing, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and in great shape. If you get Brad and Drew on your install, you’re in excellent hands. Truly top-tier service.

Misty was fantastic, she got me all set up with financing and I was able to get the washer and dryer that I needed. My LG front loader went out and I needed a washer. It was quick and painless. First time ever buying from Dick Van Dyke. I hope it stays 5 stars. Edit: I got my appliances delivered today and my Fiancée said Greg and his partner were the best delivery guys he has ever had to deal with. I had everything ready for them. It was a quick and painless install. My next appliance will be coming from Dick Van Dyke. Awesome service.
