After a horrendous experience with one of the large box stores, we decided to purchase a stack washer and dryer from Gil Klein. It was the best decision ever. John was very professional, knowledgeable and made sure we had a 5-star experience. Their delivery men were respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable as well. They were efficient and made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left our property. We will definitely use them for future purchases.

Got a rubber door seal for my washer from here called and talked to the parts department guy was very friendly and helpful found my part confirmed they did have 1 in stock. Got up there got my part was talking to a lady about doing a cleaning on my washer before and after replacing the seal another lady wish I got her name but recommended and actually just hooked me up with a bottle of washer cleaner that worked very well. Over all friendly and pleased with the 2 lady’s I talked to and the guy in the parts department sales people didn’t really acknowledge me when I asked where to pay for my part but oh well but thank you to the lady’s that helped me the parts guy and the guy sitting at the desk to the left that told me where to go when he realized the other guys weren’t gonna haha when I need a new dryer I’ll definitely come back there and to get more washer cleaner but only if the lady that hooked me up with the washer cleaner helps me 👌🏻

Purchased a Washer from Klein, it started leaving residue on the clothes immediately. They sent a repairman out 5 different times trying to fix it with all of the crazy excuses Maytag came up with. Eventually Kleins told Maytag they are going to have to replace the washer because they have done so much in trying to repair a recurring problem. Use Kleins without fear, they stand by the product they sell and will take care of their customer. Avoid Maytag at all costs.
