Our dryer went out on Tuesday night, I was able to put in a request for a visit online. The following day I had a call to schedule. They were able to come the next day and gave a half hour window for when they’d be there. The technician Andy called 20 minutes before arriving and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour. Highly recommend!

My dryer was making a clunking noise as the drum turned. I thought it was a bad roller ,and called AB Appliance. They came out to my house and Andy was great! He took everything apart and let me stand right there and watch! He said the dryer looked super clean and the rollers were fine. He had one more thing to check. The felt strip that goes around the front of the drum. Sure enough! There was a little white button stuck under the felt! He removed the button and all was well! He only charged me for the service call! Thanks AB and Andy!

I had a washer with a leak. I sent a message to A B Appliance Service & Repair through their web page email. I was contacted by the service manager within an hour. We set up an appointment that I thought was very quick. I was given a very reasonable window for when the Repairman, (Andy), would arrive. I was contacted twice to confirm the appointment. Andy arrived right on time. Andy pulled the washer body, and immediately discovered the problem. A leaky pump. Andy pulled the pump, read off some numbers and said, "I have one of these in the van". A 15 year old washing machine and he has a pump for it in the van? Who does that? I was totally amazed. Andy was great. He answered all my questions. We discussed the life of washing machines, new models vs older models. After the pump was replaced, he stayed to ensure the leak had indeed stopped. And called later on to ensure it was still leak proof. We are both veterans, so we had a lot in common. I not only recommend A B Appliance Service & Repair, I highly recommend them. This business is great. Hire them with confidence.

Andy was amazing. I called on a Friday evening (I think I talked to a Tony? He was so accommodating, and wanted to help), but the technician had left the area, so they came out Saturday. Andy called when he was on his way. Andy fixed my dryer quickly and had the sweetest personality. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! If it wasn't for me moving out of state, I wouldn't use anyone else but them!
