Our dishwasher needed a repair. Its great to have a service technician here is our hometown whenever repairs are needed. Service technician was very knowledgeable and quickly repaired our dishwasher.

The work done at our house was mostly first rate. However, lots of issues with everything else. We wound up getting a new kitchen counter that we didn’t need or want due to their poor planning and communication. Our new oven was not compatible with our house’s electrical system - more work. Job was supposed to last about 10 weeks took well over 5 months. Job quite a bit more expensive than estimate. All we got from design team/management was “that’s unfortunate”. I’d call the whole project unprofessional and very poorly managed

What an awesome team, from start to finish! Since this was my first remodel, I felt like the demo started off rough. But with constant communication, phone calls, text, emails, I was totally confident on the outcome. Jim, Adam,Gregg were a gem to work with! I messaged at least one of them daily, whom communicated with each other and got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Village Homes, love that there are specialist for lights, ceiling fans, flooring, everything you can imagine for kitchen updates. All of the contractors knew their trade and were very polite and were in constant communication with Jim. I miss my team, but I will definitely use them again for any future remodels!
