I had a very frustrating experience with Bosch customer service regarding my dishwasher. My appliance has not been working for 4–5 months, and I have spent hours on calls with customer service trying to get this resolved. I was told by Manisha, who introduced herself as a manager, that the repair parts had already arrived and that they only needed to schedule a technician. Later, I was told by another representative that the parts had not actually arrived. I have also continued to send emails, but no one responds. My case keeps being delayed with no clear resolution, and it genuinely feels like no one in this company cares about resolving my issue. This has been a disappointing experience, and the level of customer service I received has been unacceptable.

Terrible service. We purchased a dishwasher that is still under warranty, but the service provided has been extremely unprofessional, and the customer service experience has been disappointing. There were no apologies, no meaningful customer support, and no effort to make the situation right or ensure the service was completed properly and on time. For reference, the appointment number is 2771984778. The technician was supposed to call us prior to arrival, but we never received a call or message. When we contacted customer service to ask why no one had shown up, we were told the technician attempted to call and message us. This is simply not true—no communication was received. The technician later claimed he had the wrong number from the dispatcher, yet our correct contact information is clearly listed on the service ticket. After the mistake, there was no support, no follow-up, and no attempt to take responsibility. Instead, it felt like everyone was trying to cover up the error and rush a last-minute solution. Overall, this has been an absolutely terrible experience.

We bought a thermador fridge/freezer and are having problems with are unit too. BSH replaced a part because it was icing up, in doing so they broke the coil and we had to wait a week for parts with no refrigerator. Before they broke the coil we at least had partial cooling. They returned to fix problem and left telling us it was all good should start cooling. No such luck! When I called to tell them it still wasn't working they didn't send teck out the next day, they created a new ticket and said we would have to wait another week. Tried calling them direct and got a message to leave a message and they would get back to me in 24 hours. Never received a return call. When calling thermador I was told they are the only technicians in area and was out of there hands. If I ran my business in this manner I would not be in business. Very dissatisfied with thermador but more so with BSH Home Appliance, they don't really seam to care and won't return calls. How unprofessional can you be?

We purchased a Thermador built-in refrigerator/freezer about eight years ago, expecting a premium product from what’s supposed to be a luxury appliance brand. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing purchases we’ve ever made. At only five years old, the unit began having serious issues — primarily freezing up and failing to maintain proper temperature. Thermador had to order numerous replacement parts and send technicians out multiple times to try to fix it. Each time we hoped it was resolved, only for the same issues to resurface months later. Fast forward to October of this year, the exact same problem started again. Once more, parts had to be ordered — and we were told it would take over three months for them to arrive. That’s completely unacceptable for an expensive built-in refrigerator that was marketed as high-end and reliable. I reached out to Thermador’s corporate office, only to be told there was nothing they could do to expedite parts or offer any real help. For a company of their size and reputation, the lack of support and accountability is shocking. Between the repeated failures, the long wait times for parts, and the total lack of customer care, I would never recommend Thermador to anyone. A refrigerator that costs this much should last far longer and be properly supported by the manufacturer. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I purchased a new 800 Series over-the-range microwave and one month after install, I heard a crash and discovered the vent plate had broken off. I called customer service and Bosch sent out a service team to repair it. Unfortunately, the repair didn't work as after a few weeks it would break off again. The service team came out three separate times to repair and finally came to the conclusion that the microwave was either damaged during assembly or in shipping. The service team instructed me to look at total replacement at this point in which I spent over a month back-and-forth with the customer service team through email and phone calls. I was then told that upper management is going to give me a prorate of $300 towards a new microwave. I purchased this item in March of 2025, installed in May 2025 and had reached out about the damage in June 2025. Why am I the one responsible to pay to replace this faulty Microwave?! There is clearly something wrong with this item and the customer service response is unexceptionable.
