Purchased a 2010 Escalade on 6/30/26, what i appreciated most is the dealer replaced the struts all around the car and it was detailed before i purchased. I was at other dealers in the area and the same Escalade at another dealer was in pretty bad shape.

Recently got a vehicle 2 weeks ago and the motor went bad. Called up to the place basically explaining the situation and they are saying I’m at fault and there’s nothing they can do plus they told me the car got checked before adding it to the lot but didn’t because it was an old spark plug still left in the car. They told us take it to one of their mechanics and we did but yet the same results happened nothing will be done apparently it’s my fault the motor went and etc. Paid good money for the car now that money is down the drain and I’m stuck with a car that cost more to get fixed.

Called up Bose Motors and spoke to Mike about a truck I wanted and got his assurance it would be worth the travel to come take a look. Hopped on an Amtrak the next morning and into this 2014 Ram 1500 a few hours later. After handing him the check I drove it 2 hrs home without any problems. It has now been a week and no complaints just compliments from those I know! Price was great
