The heating element on my 2 month old dryer went out May 12th so I went through the manufacturer, Whirlpool , filed a claim and was matched with Roach's to come and inspect/fix the issue (because that's their job). I requested an appointment, never heard anything back, so I called Roach's a few days later and the lady was extremely rude, condescending, and said " yeah I saw you're request, but just ignored it because we're too busy for stuff like that" ...then she said she'd call me back that day by 4 to see if they would have time to fit me in their schedule, and I never heard a word from them...this place is a joke and the receptionist is the unfriendliest person I've ever dealt with on the phone! I'd give her a zero star rating if I could!!
