We needed to replace a part after 5 years of ownership, and Mr. Chen came over as soon as the service ticket reached him from Fotile’s customer services. He disassembled the unit, replaced the faulty part, cleaned the other parts, and reassembled it. Took about two hours and the price was very fair. He also shared some helpful maintenance tips. Overall smooth and professional experience. If we need to buy additional home appliances we will consider Fotile again for sure.

exceptional experience I had today at your Fotile Naperville showroom. The showroom itself is impressive, but I was most impressed by the assistance provided by Andy. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and patiently answered all the questions my wife and I had.
