bought 6 Electrolux dryers for my laundromat. Matt Miller is the owner. He and his technicians would not honor the warranty on our dryers. All 6 dryers were faulty, with problems, such as excessive lint build up throughout units, seals wearing thin, dryers overheat at times. Fire hazard, metal on metal. dryers were not installed correctly, not square. The problems started days after installation. Technicians rude, Miguel Joe, John Antene, salesman, told us not to worry that they would honor the warranty. He also told us that it is a distributer issue. Guess what Harry Miller does not work with that distributer any longer. They parted ways a week following the dryer installation. They will not help us get refund from Electrolux, The distributor. However, they had no problem taking the $80,000 that we spent on equipment. This business needs to held accountable..

Really nice store with helpful staff. Bought a refrigerator and washer and dryer. Nice to buy from a place that knows their products and that I can call if I have any questions. Highly recommend.
