Sold us a fridge with a "warrenty" it stopped working about a month in and i sent information. Instead of coming out to diagnose it, he suggested we leave it unplugged for 24 hours and plug it back in. Very unprofessional considering it took him 3 days to respond to our service call while we had food going bad in the fridge.
