I recently purchased a washer and dryer set. The washer keeps giving an error message of “unbalanced” some loads of laundry i literally have to run 3-4 cycles before it will spin without the message. Yes I’ve tried less & more clothes also manually balancing it. After a couple days of this issue I called to use my “warranty” to have it looked at & fixed. When the tech came he tried 1 load and didn’t get an error message so he considered that as there’s no issues with the washer. I was then told I’d be charged a $85 fee since he came out. No one ever stated this fee when booking. What is the point of a warranty if I’m still being charged for maintenance visits? I’m highly upset with the whole situation & process. Now I’m being told if I don’t pay the fee my warranty is now voided… What a rip off.

Buyers, beware!!!! I would honestly rate them a zero if it were an option. I took my daughter there trying to get a dinged or dented model for a little bit cheaper than going to Lowe's or elsewhere. I like to shop local and support local. We went in there last week and I gave a temporary fill in salesman the dimensions of her current refrigerator as a 30-inch with a total opening of roughly 33 inches. He didn't have anything that fit that day but said he thought something was coming in soon that may fit. He calls her back this week and says he has a fridge that is 33 inches but he is sure that it would fit because he measured it and it was smaller than that. She told him once again that the opening was only between 32 and a half inches and 33 inches. He promised her over the phone that it would work and that there was plenty of give room there. Thinking he knew what he was talking about, she chose to trust him and went ahead and paid them the $1,200 or so dollars. Lesson learned!!! They show up to deliver yesterday and it wouldn't fit through the garage because of a desk near the opening of the kitchen door and they decided to go through the front but had to move a shoe and coat rack to the hallway and then had to move their entire l-shaped couch to get it through the living room. The delivery guys absolutely refuse to wait 10 minutes and said they would come back later. They never did. So she finally gets in the car and drives back up to the store and speaks to Adam the normal store manager. He says that all sales are final and refuse to work with her. She asked for the store owner to call her and he never did. She talked to her stepmom about this and she called up there and was able to get the owner to call her back and talk to him but he still was unwilling to budge on anything. Also, someone bumped the door that hides the water filter near the floor and it popped open and wouldn't let the freezer door closed and we tried receding the water filter but the door still refuses to close. My daughter's husband spent the day pulling out the baseboards around the entire thing and trying to get it to fit to no avail. They refuse to work with her and said she could try bringing it back if we had a way to get it up to their store but they refused to take it back if there's any additional scratches or dings or anything wrong with it. He then told her she needed to call whirlpool and fill out a warranty with them and they hadn't even bothered to give her an actual physical paper receipt or any sort of warranty papers when it was dropped off in the garage. They are an extremely shady outfit and I cannot believe they are still in business as long as they have been with them treating customers this way. Buyers please beware!!!!!

I bought a set of front loading, stackable, LG washer and dryer from here. Everything seemed to work as you would expect a used set of washer and dryer to, until I tried to run the steam freshen option and it didn't work. Not wanting to have a tech come out for no reason I investigated to see if there was possibly an easy fix. What I found was that the washer boot absolutely COVERED in gunk and mold, most of which was behind and within the the folds of the boot that was not easily found, or impossible to find, without without taking apart the machine and removing the boot itself. I live by myself and I've owned these these appliance since June 4th, I don't exactly go through a ton of laundry so there no way all this is from me. When I called the response I received was that they were now out of warranty and if I had looked more thoroughly when they were being installed they would have replaced the boot. Interesting. Was I supposed to stop the two men delivering and installing the appliances to disassemble, then reassemble, them just to make sure a ton of mold and buildup wasn't left hidden in my washer? This is the kind of thing you would expect any reputable seller to have already taken care of and its ridiculous to say otherwise. After being told that I should of looked at the appliances better I was then told that I could schedule a service call for them to come out and look at it. Why I would ever pay this company more money do to the job they were already supposed to have done is beyond me, no thank you. And even after all of disgusting discoveries, my steam freshen option is still not functional. But I guess I should be grateful for that since it allowed me to find this.
