Purchased a seemingly nice whirlpool matching set from them. I know plenty of people like staubs. Even my Dad has had a good expirence with them. But I can't say the same. Basically the washer has had issues since we bought it they only give you a 30 day warranty. In my opinion the washer is a lemon. The dryer actually works very well. My Dad was sold the same model from them a few years ago and it does not make the noises and do the things our washer does. I know the staubs mean well but they should recognize when they have a lemon unit. At first the cold water wasn't filling and something else was wrong Jim did come and fix that and it worked good for a bit but now sometimes it will stop spinning and starts making an awful noise you have to pause the washer spin it a little bit and resume for the drum to work again. My advice if you can buy new do that instead. I paid 500 for my set for 500-700 more you can get a decent new set heck for 500 bucks you can get a brand new washer. But when your broke after moving you take what you can get. All I'm saying is make sure you send the appliance back if you do not like it. Now I'm stuck with an alright washer and just praying it doesn't go out because I don't have money for another one.
