Originally I was told if I bring in a tire you mount and balance them. I called to make an appointment and was told you only mount and balance tires you sell. You should be ashamed of yourself. This place needs shut down. Worst place ever

Extremely rude people that like to yell over you on the phone. Places like this is what gives small towns a bad name. Plain and simple, take your money elsewhere. Do not buy tires from them!

Unfortunately Shaws does not honor their warranty well. Three months after purchasing a washing machine, we had the sound go out. No big deal, as the machine worked properly. Shaws communicated well that the part was on back order. As soon as they received the part, they would schedule a repair. At the one year mark of purchase, we had still yet not received our warranty work. (After a few calls throughout the nine months, to check in) we did agree even though machine is now out of warranty, if thr part came it it would still be covered. Well 2 years later, something else went wrong with our machine. We have called them to schedule warranty work. We cannot get a call back. Very bad business and would not recommend to anyone.

These people are great. They are so willing to help out anytime. Kathy is wonderful, we have always done business from 1800 miles away and they have been so receptive to this. We have several pieces of property and we are in in Florida, when we have a problem we call Kathy, and she gets us fixed up right away. Their delivery men are also very awesome, they get in there get the job done, leave the place clean and they are on their way. If you are looking for appliances visit them.
