Pat answered promptly on a Saturday, took down information about our squealing dryer, showed up on the following Wednesday with several parts on the truck as he had a good indication of the issue. He was able to repair it within about 45 minutes and had us back up and running. Highly recommend his promptness and efficiency. Price was great as well. Only thing I might do differently is ask for an estimate ahead of time, just to have a better idea of repair costs.

Great customer service. They had the part I needed. Even tested it before I left to make sure it was good. Part was a brand new oem heating element at a fair price and the gentleman in the shop not only had the part sitting out ready for me but also gave me a couple quick tips for making sure it was wired up correctly since this was my first attempt at fixing a dryer. Works perfect.
