We had a wonderful experience doing business with Van's. We liked working with a locally owned business rather than a big impersonal chain store. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Jason did a great job helping us choose the right bed and frame. He also went out of his way to get us a great deal! We will certainly shop at Van's again in the future.

We purchased furniture at this store being new to the area. Having heard their advertisements on Glenn Beck we thought we were dealing with a reputable company. Not the case. We ordered the item on June 25, 2026. We were assured a delivery in 7 to 10 days. This was crucial for us. We got no communication on status and on July 9th called to inquire. After 3 calls because no one would call us back, we learned the item was still in a warehouse in another State and would not arrive for another 1-2 weeks. This was unacceptable to us. We requested the order to be cancelled. They would not cancel the order and took no responsibility for the delay. Salesman and manager were very smug with no empathy whatsoever. I did research after the fact (my bad) and discovered this is a common issue with this store. When I said I just won't take delivery, he said fine it will just sit in the warehouse. I told him I intended to dispute the charge on my credit card and the manager smugly said go ahead, I've never lost on a dispute. They promise delivery times knowing they cannot deliver on them. Lots of complaints. This is a store you want to stay away from. They were good during the sales process but once they have your money they could care less about you. Glenn Beck should be ashamed of himself for letting them advertise on his show. He says they are professional and top notch, but they are a very dishonest company. Don't give them your hard earned money!

My first time shopping at Vans. Saw an ad online for an outdoor glider on a Sunday, when they were closed, but I got some helpful communication then and more on Monday morning. I went in and Savannah showed me the glider. Good quality. Sale price with an additional discount was great! Quick and easy product pickup at their nearby warehouse also was good. They have a larger inventory of things than I realized. Will be back.

Mark Clawson was our sales representative today while we were shopping for a new mattress. He is very knowledgeable and even gave us demos of the different adjustable beds to find our perfect fit. We appreciated how he didn't try to force us to buy the most expensive product out there. He explained the differences between all the mattresses and value of our money on the different ones. Highly recommend. Vans is a great place to shop for furniture.

Great Selection and expert advice. Doug is great! He gives insightful and honest advice without a "sales pitch". The entire experience is efficient, and we have worked with them on multiple projects. Every experience has been exceptional from the showroom to installation to any needed follow-up. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
