My Scratch & Dent

Went in looking for a dryer. Looked online first and thought I knew what I needed. Salesman talked with me for a few minutes to make sure what I needed and gave a recommendation without knowing I had looked online and was very friendly. His recommendation was spot on but recommended a better version of what I thought cause I didn't need the other cycle but wasn't seeing what I wanted on the website without this added feature I didn't need. They had what I needed on the floor and was in and out quickly. Any other appliances I need in the future I will look at them first. Saved me alot of money, and very happy with the service I got. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Edited in response to business' reply. My Scratch and Dent charges the full retail price you pay for new GE appliances that aren't scratch and dent. I priced Charlie Wilson's, Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy and My Scratch and Dent. My Scratch and Dent was the most expensive. GE Appliances is now owned by Haier of China. Appliances are still assembled in Louisville but now they use cheap Chinese parts. My Sctatch & Dent has no control over this but it speaks to the quality one should expect from GE and Hotpoint Appliances purchased from any source.

We needed to replace our ancient washer and dryer. We spent half as much here as we were planning to spend at Lowe's or our local retail appliance shop. I'm very happy with the new set. The staff were great too. No pressure to buy, but available to help, answer questions, and load. If we ever need an appliance again I'll look here first.

I had the best experience here!! I went in looking for a gas dryer, I ended up purchasing a washer and dryer set. The price I got the set for was so affordable. The man that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable about the appliances. I got it delivered and hooked up that same day! I will definitely come back and tell my friends and family to come here. Thank you I’m very happy.
