Purchased several electronics now a bed but I keep coming back because the customer service you get from Kaitlyn Sarah Jon and Major is the kind of customer service you don't see these days. Thanks making sure we had our bed set up and ready for our mom to come home from the nursing home. We will be back soon for sure.

Major and John are always respectful and kind when delivering to your address—you really couldn’t ask for better delivery people. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Growsby is #1! Eric, I know you’ll see this, and I want to personally thank you and the entire Growsby team. You all went out of your way to make things right—no finger-pointing, just a genuine effort to take care of the customer. That kind of service is hard to find these days. It’s clear you truly care about your customers, and that makes a big difference.

These people are ridiculous. We tried working with them. Both my wife and I started a new job and out pay date is later than our payment date. They are coming tomorrow to take back the washer. We have paid them every week what we could and it still wasn't good enough they sent threatening notes and people to our home. We are only 30 days behind right now with our pay day at our new job in three days which we asked that they would charge our card on three days. We are not trying to avoid paying them. In fact we picked up door dash on top of new full time jobs just to try to keep them happy and it isn't good enough. Do not try to get items with them.
